This weekend I drove up to Rochester, NY to visit with my grandma who I haven’t seen in a few years. Unfortunately she was in the hospital and wasn’t feeling very well. Though something that definitely brightened her day was getting to meet her great-grandson Evan! Evan is the third great-grandchild but the first boy. I also got to see some other family that lives in the area. Glad to see everyone and I miss you. Love you Grandma!!!!!

I just recently had a 4 day weekend for the Memorial Day holiday. I had such a lovely weekend too! We were able to get to the beach in just enough time to not be turned away and there were no bugs or annoying people near us. We both avoided a major sunburn as well. We spent some time shopping and just hanging around outside. Anyway, thanks for the lovely weekend Dave!

Well with nothing better to do on a beautiful Saturday that kicks of Memorial Day weekend I’ve decided to try to start a blog. I’ve had the domain 50mdesign.com for a number years and there’s been nothing more than a random bunch of useless graphics residing there. So maybe blogging will give me a non-Facebook outlet to put things that I’m interested in out there to see if maybe you’re interested too.
